The Bridge of Tiberius / Ponte Tiberio of Rimini, the only connection between the center and the village of San Giuliano will celebrate in 2014 2000 years of existence but will be soon “retiring”.

Tiberius Bridge which connected the center of Rimini and the village of San Giuliano, will become a 2000 years old massive monument. Meanwhile the city is considering an alternatives way of linking the village of San Giuliano with the center. The idea is to create a common link through an art gallery. ANTAO of San Marino was assigned by the municipality the job of submitting a project for construction of a tunnel that crosses Marecchia park and connects Tiberius street with the ring road.
