Squisito Fair of Food: Simply Quality

Andrea Muccioli, President of San Patrignano, said Squisito 2011's goal is to discover the culinary excellence of Buonpaese that we carry every day on our table. The theme of this year's "Simply Quality" is a kind of invitation to seek quality in all foods that we carry on our table, we buy when doing the shopping, we eat in our homes or in a restaurant. Muccioli said that at the base of our food there must be quality, sustainability, natural crops and short chain. San Patrignano is committed to delivering its products according to these criteria, giving quality and taste to daily food.
The quality will be visible in all 25 exhibition areas of the event, where we will find 104 manufacturers in the craft village, 27 Slow Food from 15 different regions, and 56 different courses, accompanied by one of the chefs. That will enable visitors to see what's new and unique in the Italian cuisine. In addition 34 Exquisite host chefs will demonstrate their culinary skills in the following areas: Carousel of Chefs, the Workshop of the pizza, and "Vite", the restaurant community.
