New Road to Three Lanes A14 Rimini-Catolica

The design of the new road to three lanes of'A14 it's an important project. Engineers and surveyors are studying maps and floor plans, draw roads and tunnels.The leaders of the project are: Sabatino Fusco, project managers for Motorways Italy, Paolo Sabatini, Domenico Marotta and surveyor Filipo Galante. The proposed works are numerous and will be performed in blocks. The project plans to demolish, move and extend, but also to construct roundabouts on Route 16. All these maneuvers are to e made on one of the most difficult of the entire highway network.
Engineer Fusco explained that the work is progressing quickly and it developed in less than 5 months before the scheduled end of the work. Also at the end of the month ,the work on the construction of roundabouts at intersections in via Covignano and Grotta Rossa will begin. The work will be performed at night and on weekends in order not to create further disruption to the traffic of Rimini.
The second stage of the work covers the bridge of the new motorways, which are almost all to change. Two of these will be transformed into subways. Finally Rimini Sud, underpowered to the level of traffic, will be modified and extended.
