Rimini: New Ordinance for the Bathing Season

The Municipality of Rimini has issued a new order for the bathing season in 2011, following the guidelines set by the variation of Pino Beach, adopted by the council in January. The enhancements are designed in the order to improve the quality of services and total supply of tourism resort of Rimini.
The main novelty of the order are enclosed in two places: the increase of the beach area reserved to free transit, and the increase of the distance between the umbrellas. The order came into force in the south area of Rimini, but the situation remained unchanged in the north, where erosion has greatly restricted the beach.
Regarding the increase of the space of gray area, the ordinance provides that there must be an area of 4.30 meters between the rows parallel to the shoreline, and 2 80 meters between the rows perpendicular to the shore. Rimini beach in the southern area should be 4.10 meters between the rows of umbrellas parallel to the shoreline and 2.50 meters between the rows of umbrellas perpendicular to the shore.
The ordinance also limits the spread of ads by owners of boats to a maximum of 10 minutes, so as not to disturb, and the sound system of fixed installations of advertisements which can be transmitted allowed only from 11 to 11.40 and from 5 to 5.40 pm.
