Rimini Claudio Papini Memorial

Yesterday in Rimini it was held today the end of the 5th Memorial Claudio Papini, the review of youth football, which involved 44 teams divided into five categories: Under 14, Under 13, Beginner, Advanced and Under 13 Women.

The finals of the Memorial Claudio Papini, took place in gyms and Santarcangelo in Rimini, after which will follow the awards ceremony at the closing PalaSport Flaminio. All teams that participated in the tournament will meet at the indoor stadium in Rimini, pending delivery of the cups and plates. The awards was presented by Donald Turcotte, Councillor for Sports of the Municipality of Rimini, the President of the provincial Fip, Carlo Oppi, and Carlton Myers.
The coach Giordano Consolini was given the award "Papo 2011", dedicated to the memory of Claudio Papini and set up to reward the best youth coach of the year.
