Renovation of the Ex Colony Murri di Bellariva

The city council of Rimini approved with more than 19 votes the renovation and redevelopment of the former colony Murri di Bellariva , abandoned since 1992. The renovation of the colony includes: the beach, the current stretch of waterfront Di Vittorio, the square of Gondar, the historical building and service buildings as well as the entire area of relevance of ex Murri, the upstream the Viale Regina Margherita, to the railway area that encompass "Heirs Ceschina"and the new subway route Portofino.
The former colony Murri has a building capacity of approx. 22,650 with usable floor area, including the surface resulting from the recovery of existing buildings in the project, former Ceschina area will have a building capacity of approx. 11,650 surface with the "housing" "housing", creation of a plaza and parking garage. Moreover, the detailed plan approved by the City Council involves the construction of public works for about 18,800 square meters, of which 16 000 will consist in a public park, roads, underground parking and satin, plazas, pedestrian walkways and buildings for the public services of the district. The value of the project is of € 9,343,000.
