Public Tender for the Construction of the Bordonchio School

The City Council of Bellaria gave the green light to the public tender for the construction of the second comprehensive institution in Bordonchio on the area that the city bought from the parish. After 60 days, a committee will evaluate the proposals, analyzing the following requirements: 25 classrooms for 625 pupils in primary school and nine classrooms for 225 pupils of secondary school. Gym and educational direction. Environmental impact, harmonization of the building with the city park and nearby buildings, architectural quality and engineering. It will also pay very much attention to energy consumption and quality of materials ". Finally it will evaluate the reduction in the consumption of natural resources, such as drinking water to a minimum, the recovery of rainwater, reducing flow, and so on.
