Palazzo Garampi has already developed a detailed plan and entrusted the construction to the company Muccini, which has already put on its website the advertising of the new residential area which will be called the "village of little the Fountain." (“villaggio della Fontanina”).

Residents of District 6 express their doubts about the new apartment complex, saying that it would be just another seris of buildings of cement on the hills. This is the reason why people are ready to oppose the proposal and the president of District 6, Nevio Gaudi, said that if the City does not take into account the opinion of local residents, a complaint will be presented to the administration and to the municipal offices of the prosecutor.
