Montescudo Lab for Young People

The project will involve over 600 young people aged between 6 and 30 years involving the use of 240 thousand euro allocated to regions and communities. The workshop for children includes the enhancement and upgrading of facilities and areas dedicated to children. The money invested by the Region and the Municipality of Montescudo will be used to cover the operating costs of the many planned activities and investments to be carried out in three major youth centers: the multipurpose room , the Club of Santa Maria Anspi Plan, which will be devoted to the children room and the garden. It will also be redeveloped the park adjacent to the Civic Tower in the capital.

The children involved in the project will choose the decor of the space devoted to them, as well as equipment such as computers and the necessary equipment. The ideas presented by the children will be discussed during the meetings that will aim to improve services and interventions useful for the youth.

The first stage of the project will be developed this month and involves the construction of the newspaper "The Montescudino", written by school children and distributed 2,500 copies to all families.
