Miramare Project of Redevelopment

The feasibility study will find the proper ways to redevelop Spadazzi waterfront and the market place of Miramare, which can improve the usability and quality of life of both residents and tourists, and in the same time increase the power of attraction. The project involves the construction of an underground parking area on the waterfront in order to ensure the urban redevelopment in the area above. The project is not going to affect the number of existing parking spaces and the development of the market.

In what the pedestrian promenade of Spadazzi is concerned, the City explained that the road will pass on the Viale Regina Margherita, which will become a two-way street and will be upgraded to ensure the continuity of the network of bike paths, sidewalks for pedestrians and access to tourist activities. The redevelopment project is more of a system entails the installation of energy conservation and power from renewable sources. In the coming days the City will publish the notice for the concession design, construction and operation of the works.
