Goldin Exhibition in Rimini

At 10 months after its inauguration, the major exhibition of Goldin "From Raphael to Kandinsky, " is pretty much already defined. Goldin announced that the third exhibition to be held at Castel Sismondo in Rimini will be a great lesson in art and history. Over eighty masterpieces from the '500 to 900 will be presented, from 30 of the most important European and American museums. On the walls of the fortress masterpieces of important Italian masters will be present, as the works of Lotto and Mantegna, Titian and Raphael, Tiepolo and Canaletto. Botticelli also will come to Rimini from Warsaw, never seen in Italy; don't miss the French masters 800, with masterpieces by Manet, Monet, Gauguin, Renoir, Van Gogh, Turner, Constable and Gainsborough. In the third major exhibition in Rimini paintings by Vermeer will be available. The exhibition will conclude with the section that will house a famous picture of Munch, the works of Bacon, Kandinsky, Klee and the prestigious Picasso's masterpiece "The Rape of the Sabine Women" which will come from Boston.
The exhibition will open to the public on January 21, 2012 and will be officially presented on January 19, during a conference organized by Goldin and attended by directors and curators of the museums of origin of the precious masterpieces.
