Enthusiasm for the Educatioan of Rimini

The educational consortium organized by Rimini on the typical hotels of Rimini, was intended to promote family-style hospitality and typical cuisine of the hotels near the sea associated with the consortium, not to mention their great professionalism. The educational was attended by representatives from Brescia to Cral Pinerolo, from Vicenza to Legnago in Mantua until Marostica and Catania.
The evening began with an aperitif DOC Colli di Rimini and a buffet of local products skillfully organized by the experts fromlocal producers and farms in Rimini. At the end of the evening, the guests received a souvenir consisting in wine and food to share with the family. During the educational 2 food tours were held, led by prof. Bellavista in Val Conca (Saludecio and Mondaino) and Val Marecchia (Verucchio), to discover the tastes of Rimini.
Saturday was the turn of the evening gala, where guests could enjoy a fish dinner, created by the "Compagnia dei Pescatori. During the evening delicious dishes prepared with fish and cooked in the old way of the Adriatic were served and accompanied by excellent local wines.
