In Via dei Nobili, next to the houses collapsed in 1992 due to infiltration in tufa caves, the first Bed & Breakfast in downtown Santarcangelo, "Le Contrade", opens.

”Le contrade” is the only accommodation in the center of Santarcangelo and will be opened in spring. The facility was purchased and converted into a B & B by Carla Bonvicini and Giovanni Lombardini, owner of the store Paradise in Ganganelli Square. The districts will not only offer a bed and breakfast, but will also organize important events in collaboration with the nearby Osteria da Oreste. The building, restored by Giancalo Ghiradelli does not have many rooms, but has a magnificent garden of about 100 square meters.
