For months now Leoncavallo Tennis Club of Catolica, located near the municipal sports center of the local parish, is closed.

The reasons of the closure or the future plans of the City of Catolica regarding this structure are still unknown. Until now the building which is closed to the public is not being looked after. This will eventually lead to the slow and inexorable deterioration of the structure, which will require even larger assistance for any restoration. For the next sports festival a great amount of funding will be requested, not to mention the interest of the town for this forgotten property.
