Bellaria: Portur - Ultimatum for the Payment of the State Fees

The company Portur spa, of Italino Mulazzani, got the assignment to create the new state-owned marina in Bellaria, but after two consecutive extensions of the port still there is no positive result. Portur must also pay the State fees, annual fees that it should have payed since the achievement of the assignment. The contract includes a very large area consisting of: the beach, the areas where previously there was the Moonlight restaurant up to the gas station, the part towards the sea and the stretch of water. The City of Bellaria explained that he gave an ultimatum to Portur that must provide for the payment within 48 hours of the State fee asked by Emilia Romagna and the State Property Agency, about 500 thousand euro. If the company does not pay the sum for the public land, it could lose the state concession for building the marina.
