Bellaria Film Festival

This year the 29th edition of the Bff-Bellaria Film Festival, organized by Rimini Y2K Ltd in collaboration with the town of Bellaria, Region and Province, will present two competitive sections: the new "Italy Doc" and reaffirmed "Doc Crossmedia ". Both sections are devoted to the production of documentaries made ​​after 1 June 2009.
The doc section promotes the Italian documentary films made ​​on film or video, promoting the exchange and comparison of experiences among filmmakers. The director, winner of the contest will receive a prize of € 5 thousand and the honorable award "Casa Rossa/" "Red House".
Crossmedia doc turns his attention to research, develop and promotes new forms of documentary, online or offline, by promoting the exchange and comparison of filmmakers who test innovative approaches by storytelling. To participate in this contest one must present Italian and international web-documentaries representing the new relationship between digital media and documentaries, any type of fiction. The documentaries will be selected taking account the subject, the originality of storytelling, interactivity and the use of multimedia. The winner will receive a prize of € 2 thousand and one honorable mention.
