Mia Internationa Food Fair of Rimini

The event will focuse mainly on proposals for prepared meals and will develop in different sections of the exhibition, which as Catering, Biocatering, Gluten Free, regional specialties and plenty of other fields specialized in food and prepared meals.

There will be available 100,000 square meters for a total of 1,500 exhibiting companies.

The average number of 90,000 visitors is constantly growing, especially now that in the restaurant business, quality and competitiveness are the characteristics affecting a market in constant development, but at the same time more and more demanding for customers who are increasingly hard to please.

Another positive aspect is the fact that the fair is held concurrently with other events of great importance and that they can compete making it even more interesting. It will take place at the same time with MSE, the fair of seafarers products, Planet Beer and Yellow Gold.

There will also be organized workshops and thematic meetings. The aim of these is to match demand and supply, so there is the possibility of delivering the highest quality products, especially frozen food, which is becoming increasingly large in the restaurant and catering business.

Nevertheless the Fair will also pay atention to the mood of consumers, thereby tackling issues beyond the real culinary theme and approaching to the consumer 's concern with the realities of the areas present at MIA Fair. It will be interesting for operators to discuss issues related to the market and production, to reach solutions which may be of benefit to all those who are professionals in the restaurant and catering area.

The Biopizza and the gluten-free pizza competition will also take place. The food of the century will be presented wih the respect of health, including the respect for special problems of people who must refrain from ingredinete so fundamental for the pizza as the gluten.
