Acquario Cattolica

Acquario Cattolica Parco Le Navi: situated by the sea in structure built in the '30s as a colony to house the children of Italians abroad. The paths of Aquarium feature 50 display tanks that are home to over 3,000 exemplar of 400 species from the seas around the world, including the recent examples of "living fossils" that inhabit our planet from 400 million years.

Contributions by video-animated film, an interesting 3D movie the marine food chain, a multivision telling developments and a special monitoring room that has the behind the scenes, offering further to the visit. Experienced animators stimulate, involve and respond to questions posed by young and old visitors. The protagonists of excellence are 50 pieces of sharks - the oldest and feared predators of the seas.
